Salaristabel CAO Athora Netherlands 2025-2027 2026
Salary band table effective 1 januari 2026 = the 'per 1 juli 2025' table (36-uur basis), since the +3,25% increase per 1 juli 2025 was already applied and no separate 1-jan-2026 structural change to the scales exists. A +2,6% collectieve verhoging takes effect 1 februari 2026 (see periods, transcribed directly from the official table). Schalen 7-10 publish only one amount (eindsalaris), modelled as min=max; schalen 11-19 have a published start-end range. Amounts are monthly bruto on a 36-uur week. EXCLUDED: the 40-uur variant of the table (use 36-uur), the one-off payment of EUR 1.800 bruto per 1 januari 2026, the collectieve winstuitkering (max 3,5%, ExCo-discretionary, not guaranteed), persoonlijke/arbeidsmarkt toeslagen, jeugd-/aanloopregelingen, and the per 1 januari 2027 table (out of 2026 scope).
